This picturesque resort is deeply lodged in the centre of the majestic Venda Mountains in the northern parts of Limpopo.
This stunning resort is characterized by the varied landscapes, rich diversity of animals and the awesome twin dams that add a sense of splendor to it.
The twin dams, Luphephe and Nwanedi present a host of activities for guests which include angling, boating and canoeing. They also add beauty to the area by virtue of waterfalls and streams along the chalets.
Nawanedi Provincial Park
This scenic nature and game reserve on the foothills of the Venda mountains is characterised by the varied landscapes and rich diversity of animals.
The landscapes include umbrella thorn savannah, mopani patches and dense bushveld towards the mountains. The spectacular Tshihovhohovho Falls and the massive Nwanedi Dam are the scenic highlights of the reserve. Antelopes, giraffe, white rhino and the occasional leopard can be seen.
The reserve offers a camping site, tented camps and is also home to the Eclipse Safari Lodge with a variety of facilities and activities on offer.
